Summary Very common polymorphic epiphyte of trees and older shrubs. Regularly pinnate forms (at times called ''I. cardotii'') are found primarily on [[Chamaecyparis nootkatensis|Yellow Cedar (''Chamaecyparis nootkatensis'')]] and occasionally on rock or other trees. Slender pendant forms occur on most other surfaces.
