Southeastern Alaska Distribution: Known only from Lake Lindeman, British Columbia near the Alaskan border at White Pass (Williams, 1901).
Habitat: On rocks and cliffs, rarely on trees.
Comments: Usually with sporophytes. The Lake LIndeman site is the most northerly of the species in North America, which tends to be absent in the most oceanic environments of British Columbia and southeastern Alaska.
