Southeastern Alaska Distribution: See Map 232. Previously reported from Glacier Highway, 12 miles NE of Juneau (Lawton, 1965c).
Habitat: In southeastern Alaska on the bark of Populus and 'Acer, also on limestone boulders and cliffs. Most commonly from tree trunks and logs throughout its range.
Comments: Commonly with sporophytes. The southeastern Alaska material isknown from the "Dry Climate" zone, and represents the northernmost extent of the species.
