Southeastern Alaska Distribution: See Map 148. Previously known from Juneau (persson, 1949, 1963).
Habitat: Grassy areas, disturbed sites, on soil, rocks, and occasionally the bases of trees. Infrequent and scarce in southeastern Alaska.
Comments: Sporophytes have not been seen in the southeastern Alaska material.
