Southeastern Alaska Distribution: New to the region. A point one mile SE of the mouth of Kataheena River (Fall Creek) on N shore of Icy Passage, about 4 miles NW of the mouth of Excursion Inlet, Worley 12591.

Habitat: The collection was made on stranded driftwood in "rye grass" and forbs on raised beach. Elsewhere known also from roots of trees, shaded and moist soil, sometimes on rocks.

Comments: The Alaskan material was fertile. The southeastern Alaska site is the northernmost site of the species in North America.
