There are scattered collections from much of the area (except the Northern Gulf Coast), though most have not been geo-referenced (and so do not show up on the e-Flora BC map). This species is apparently most often found at the transition between muskeg and coniferous forest. This species appears to reach the northern extent of its range within the region.
