Scattered collections from across the region, though few from outer islands or outer coast.

  • Skinner, et al 2012: "Native grass. Common in disturbeed areas like clear cuts and roadsides. Also found in well-drained gravel bars and banks of rivers. Present on forest floors where light penetrates the canopy and in well-drained and dry tundra."
