Sitka/Laysan Albatross

Sitka Summary: Pelagic bird. Presumed to be at least Rare along the continental shelf. Occasionally comes closer to land, and has been reported within a mile of the outer coast. Abundance throughout winter season is uncertain, but they have been reported by fisherman (fide KLJ) by late February at the mouth of Sitka Sound.
