Sitka/Birds: Double-crested Cormorant

Sitka Summary: Fairly Common late September through early May and Very Rare to Rare in summer along the road system. Often seen near most any shoreline, probably most easily observed in The Channel or from Crescent Harbor to the mouth of Indian River in Totem Park. Occasionally seen at Swan Lake.
