Schoenoplectus subterminalis
From Natural History of Southeast Alaska
Swaying Rush (Schoenoplectus subterminalis): A handful of collections from the southern part of the region. The northernmost record is from Little Port Walter on Southern Baranof Island.
Southeast Alaska appears to be where this species reaches its northern limit.
