Southeastern Alaska Distribution: Known only from a rounded tableland between Blue Lake and Silver Bay, 1000 ft., near Sitka, Baranof Island, Worley and Hamilton 9388. Hattori (1966) reported this species from the Pacific coast of Alaska without a specific citation.
Habitat: The southeastern Alaska material was in flowing water over rocks at about 1000 ft. on the peaty slopes of the more or less open roche mountonnee.
