Southeastern Alaska Distribution: Widespread.
Habitat: Common and abundant throughout on forest soils, rocks, deadwood, festooning trees and branches, on raised beaches, and a variety of other habitats. Usually only in shaded sites. From sea level to the subalpine.
Comments: Sometimes with sporophytes.
