Southeastern Alaska Distribution: Known only from Yakutat (Stair, 1947) and from the eastern slopes of Marble Mountain, opposite Drake Island,Glacier Bay, Worley 11139.
Habitat: On rocks, osil and dryish habitats in calcareous regions in mountainous areas.
Comments: Occasionally with sporophytes.
