Oxytropis nigrescens
From Natural History of Southeast Alaska
Blackish Oxytrope (Oxytropis nigrescens): Apparently no collections from Southeast Alaska, but this species has been found very near the border from nunataks in the Juneau Icefield on the Canadian side.
