Southeastern Alaska Distribution: Known only from Juneau (Persson, 1952a).
Habitat: Common basic intrusive rocks and over calcareous rocks; in the high Arctic often on mossy talus slopes below persisting snowbanks. Occasionally from decaying logs (Schuster, 1969).
