Southeastern Alaska Distribution: Not previously reported. Known only from above the eastern shore of Davidof Lake, southern Baranof Island, Worley and Hamilton 9838.
Habitat: The Baranof Island collection was from among rocks in an open seep in a broad avalanche slope. The species is commonly found in alpine and glacial rivulets (Grout, 1928-40).
