Glyceria grandis
From Natural History of Southeast Alaska
American mannagrass (Glyceria grandis): Perennial rhizomatous grass with open panicles each spike with 4-5 flowers
Apparently only three collections, from Haines, northern Chichagof Island, and from the Stikine River.
