Equisetum fluviatile
From Natural History of Southeast Alaska
Swamp Horsetail (Equisetum fluviatile): Expected throughout the region. Probably more widespread than collections (scattered, mostly on the mainland) may indicate. May be abundant where it grows in shallow waters or marshy habitats.
Local Notes
- Sitka/Equisetum fluviatile: Abundant in Thimbleberry Lake along the lower portion of the lake. Not reported from elsewhere along the road system. It probably occurs elsewhere in the area, but there are no other reports. (edit)
