Southeastern Alaska Distribution: Not previously reported. Known from the east slopes of Marble Mountain, opposite Drake Island,Glacier Bay, Worley 11255 (collected by F. M. Boas), and from the west shore of Rendu Inlet, between the Romer Glacier and the Rendu Glacier, Glacier Bay, Worley 13196 (collected by J. Rawson).
Habitat: On damp, calcaerous soils and rocks. Also reported from cool peat bogs.
Comments: The southeastern Alasan material had sporophytes.
