Southeastern Alaska Distribution: Previously only known from Revillagigedo island, George Inlet (Persson, 1963). Perhaps restricted to the "Wet Climate" zone.
Habitat: In humid or wet environments, canyon walls, wet slopes, wet rocks, from sea level to at least 1500 ft.
Comments: Sporophytes were not seen in the Alaskan material.
