Worley's Map of Collection Records for Cynodontium jenneri

Ian Worley

Southeastern Alaska Distribution: Previously known from several reports. Probably throughout.
Habitat: Generally on rocks, in shaded or exposed sites, in wet or dry conditions, from sea level to the subalpine, occasionally on soil or in the forests.
Comments: The species is often with sporophytes. The southeastern Alaska distribution as presently known does not include any of the outer islands. The species is a good example of the western North America - western Europe, oceanic disjunct element.
