Ceratostoma foliatum
From Natural History of Southeast Alaska
Leafy hornmouth (Ceratostoma foliatum): This pretty snail is a predatory species that is common intertidally, easily identified by its three "wings," and often found as a shell on the beach, where the wings are often worn by the surf, but the shell itself is usually complete thanks to its being quite substantial and can withstand a lot of pounding.
