  • Geiser Dillman Derr Stensvold 1998: Infrequent; on rocks and a stump above high tide line, on subalpine and alpine rocks; on wood, moss and soil.
  • McCune Geiser 1997: A distinctive but inconspicuous species. Look for the Baeomyces-specific parasitic lichen Epilichen scabrosus, which forms yellowish patches with black apothecia.
