Athyrium alpestre	Alpine Lady Fern	Expected through at least the southern half of the region (FNA map), this species has apparently only been collected in Southeast Alaska a few times, including from northern Chichagof Island, Coronation Island, the north central mainland, Baranof Island, and Revillagigedo Island.
Athyrium filix-femina	Common Lady Fern	Common large deciduous fern of forest openings and open forest. Occasionally forming nearly pure stands. Expected to be common throughout the region, across most of Southeast Alaska, there just a few collections of this species in Arctos that have been geo-referenced.
