Southeastern Alaska Distribution: Known only from 14 miles NW of Haines, Hermann 21918.
Habitat: On bare soils, humus, on road sides, cut banks, fields, etc.
Comments: Frequently with sporophytes. The alaskan report is the most northerly in western North America.
