  • Geiser Dillman Derr Stensvold 1998: Infrequent; pendent from Picea sitchensis branches along salt water beaches, especially on peninsulas or small marine islands. Although this lichen occurs infrequently, when it does occur it is profuse, other Ramalina and Usnea may be present, and Alectoria will be absent.
