Worley's Map of Collection Records for Pylaisiella polyantha

Ian Worley

Southeastern Alaska Distribution: See Map 320.
Habitat: On the bark and branches of trees, sometimes on rocks, also seen growing on snags in rivers.
Comments: Usually with sporophytes. This species was found fertile on deadwood snags in the Stikine River. Transportation of the species from the Interior to the coast via the river seems entirely possible.
