Pentidotea resecata

Eelgrass isopod (Pentidotea resecata): The eelgrass isopod is found on more than just eelgrass. It is also common on kelp, such as the genera Laminaria and Macrocystis. It is best identified by the two-horned tail (technically speaking, by the concave posterior end of the pleotelson).
