Southeastern Alaska Distribution: Throughout, perhaps scarce.
Habitat: Not well known in western North America. Generally on soil or soil over rocks in humid canyons, gorges, or stream banks. From sea level to the lower sub-alpine.
Comments: Sexual structures have not been seen in southeastern Alaska material.
