Southeastern Alaska Distribution: Known only from Dyea Creek (Williams, 1901) and nearby Skagway (Cardot and Theriot, 1902).
Habitat: usually on the trunks of trees, sometimes on rocks or cliffs.
Comments: Sporophytes frequent, gemmae common.
