Southeastern Alaska Distribution: Throughout. Previously reported from a few sites.
Habitat: Known from a variety of forest habitats: forest floors, bark of tree bases (especially Tsuga and Chamaecyparis), stream banks, streamside rocks, forest boulders, cliffs and decaying wood.
Comments: Commonly with sporophytes.
