Form:Reference

This is the "Reference" form. To add a page with this form, enter the page name below; if a page with that name already exists, you will be sent to a form to edit that page.
The page name should be the unique reference key for the reference. Typically this will consist of author(s) last names and publication date separated by underscores. In the case where more than one reference would have this key, additional references should have an index number appended to the end. For exmample: author1_author2_year and author1_author2_year-2.
