Southeastern Alaska Distribution: See Map 142. Throughout.
Habitat: Locally abundant on mineral soils, in shady or exposed sites, frequently where seepy. From sea level to the lower subalpine.
Comments: The species tends to be oceanic in the northern portion of its range, but extends well inland in the south.
