Southeastern Alaska Distribution: Probably throughout, at least in the southern portion of the region.
Habitat: On soils and disturbed earth, beneath cliffs, along roadsides, lake margins, in areas of logging and construction.
Comments: In southeastern Alaska always with sporophytes.
